Privacy Policy
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This policy explains what personal information OSNOVAS ("we", "us", "our") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It applies to osnovas.com and every page on it.
Who we are
OSNOVAS is a website design and development studio based in London, United Kingdom. For this website, OSNOVAS is the "data controller" — the organisation responsible for deciding how and why your personal data is processed. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@osnovas.com.
What information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us. That currently happens in two places on this site:
- The contact form — full name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), current website URL (optional), the service you're interested in, your approximate budget, your project details, and your preferred contact method.
- The booking form — full name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), current website URL (optional), approximate budget, preferred contact method, any notes you add, and your preferred consultation date and time of day.
We do not use this site to collect information passively about you through tracking, analytics or advertising cookies — see "Cookies" below.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry or consultation request
- Discuss your project and, if you choose to proceed, deliver the service you've asked for
- Send you a short confirmation that your booking request was received
Our legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest — responding to enquiries from people who have actively contacted us — and, where you proceed to a project with us, performance of a contract. We don't use your information for marketing, and we don't sell, rent or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share your information with
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run this website and its forms. Each of these providers processes your data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms:
- Web3Forms — receives and relays contact and booking form submissions to our inbox. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
- EmailJS — sends an automatic confirmation email to you after a booking request, letting you know we've received it. See EmailJS's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — this site loads typefaces directly from Google's servers. As a result, your device's IP address is shared with Google when a page loads, in order to serve the correct font files. Google's own policy covers this: Google Privacy Policy.
- Our web host — like any website, ours is hosted on a server that keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses and request times) for security and reliability purposes.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EEA (including in the United States). Where that's the case, they're required to provide appropriate safeguards for your data under their own compliance frameworks (such as standard contractual clauses). We choose providers who publish clear commitments to data protection.
How long we keep your information
We keep enquiry and booking details only for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see "Your rights" below.
Cookies
This site does not currently set any non-essential cookies — no analytics, no advertising, no tracking. See our Cookie Policy for full details, including the Google Fonts data point noted above (which is a data request, not a cookie).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information
- Restrict or object to how we use your information
- Request a copy of your information in a portable format
- Withdraw consent or ask us to stop contacting you at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email info@osnovas.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), if you believe we've handled your data improperly.
Children's data
This website and its services are aimed at business owners and are not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information you share with us, including relying on providers (Web3Forms, EmailJS, our hosting provider) who maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we don't store form submissions in any system beyond what's needed to respond to you.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website or tools change — for example, if we add analytics or a new third-party service in future. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date, and our Cookie Policy will be updated in step if that ever involves new cookies.

Questions about this policy, or requests relating to your personal data, can be sent to info@osnovas.com.
